Terms of Service

Welcome to Crowned Sun. By accessing or using our website, game client, servers, forums, Discord, or any other service operated by IndigoWare (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are provided by IndigoWare, an independent solo studio. Crowned Sun is currently in development; features, content, and availability may change at any time without notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other players or the Services.

You agree not to:

• ✺Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, bots, or automation.
• ✺Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other players or staff.
• ✺Post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• ✺Sell, trade, or transfer accounts, characters, or in-game items for real-world value outside of officially sanctioned systems.
• ✺Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

All game content, art, music, text, code, characters, names, logos, and trademarks are owned by IndigoWare or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Crowned Sun for personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

User-generated content (screenshots, videos, fan art) is welcome for non-commercial purposes with credit to Crowned Sun and IndigoWare.

Any in-game currency, items, or cosmetics have no real-world monetary value and are licensed, not sold. We may modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time. Purchases, when offered, are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndigoWare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
